Oral presentations

Each presenter will be given 12 minutes for the oral presentation followed by 3 minutes for discussion.
You should bring your presentation file in a USB to the Pre-view Room at least 2 hours prior to your presentation. If your presentation time is in the early morning, we strongly recommend you register the day before.
Speakers are requested to be present in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session
Pre-view Room will be opened at the following hours:

- Nov 14 (Sunday) 08:30 ~ 17:00
- Nov 15 (Monday) 08:30 ~ 17:00
- Nov 16 (Tuesday) 08:30 ~ 15:00.

Poster Presentations

Scientific posters will be presented on backboard panel (90 cm in width, 180 cm in height). An optimal-sized poster is 90 cm wide and 150 cm high.
The poster should include: the Poster Presentation Number, Title, Name(s) of Author(s), Photograph of the Presenter, Affiliation of Author(s). Please make sure to include your Final Poster Presentation Number on the top left corner of your printed poster (make it large enough to make it easy for people to find your presentation as they are walking down the poster aisles in the Exhibit Hall).
Your Final Poster Presentation Number will be found in the notification e-mail with the final meeting details.
The presenter of the poster must be identified with an asterisk.
Set-up time is 8:30-11:00 on Nov 14 (Sunday), and tear-down is 12:00-15:00 on Nov 16 (Tuesday).
Authors must be present at their posters throughout their assigned poster session, which will be found in the notification e-mail with the final meeting details.
